Q: for tomorow night. i have to b a victorian teen girl. 1890's style. my hat is black and has the round thing around it but is pinned up in the back. decorating tips?
when i say 'round thing' i mean brim. sorry.
A: Put a ribbon on it that matches your gown
and maybe a nice gardenia flower or a rose
someplace toward the back or side.
Those are victorian-like.
Lace might be nice for the ribbon if you have it.
