My ex-girlfriend had this made for me close to 10 years ago and said it cost a lot! What would be the value now and how much do you think I can get for it?

Unless it's autographed or an original (from the studio) poster and/or dated, I'd say not much. Sorry but Scarface posters saturate the market nowadays, so unless there's something unique about yours, it would be considered "a dime a dozen", no matter what shape it's in.
