Q: I am pondering starting a business creating unique picture frames. I love being creative but I also need to eat. So, I need to know if picture frames are really in demand. I mean, how concerned is the public about picture frames. I am in Richmond, Va. Is there room in the market for a framing business? Any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
