Martial Arts Training Dvd
Q:
I need DVD's to supplement my martial arts training. I go to a dojo ....i just want some support to my training.
I want a dvd that show joint locks, neck locks, etc... from a standing position.
I dont want locks on the ground, because i already know a bit of BJJ.
Maybe something like the Navy SEALS or Marines would do.... CQC
