Martial Arts Sparring
Q: Me and a couple of friends are interested in training and sparring for boxing, thai boxing and other stuff but cant think of many places to actually train. We know we can try parks and stuff but we don't want passer's by starring at us all the time.
I know we could rent out a hall or something but that would cost a fair amount overall and take much planning.

(when I travel-inside the hotel room)
Can anyone pls tell me a martial arts that does not use sparring equipment? Maybe a mouthguard but not a TKD helmet, body vest or groin protector.
