Q: I collect art deco Cambridge glass/Farber Bros. chrome and I recently purchased a set of wine goblets from an auction. For those not familiar, there is a removable glass inset inside a chrome holder and stem.
It appears that someone was using them as candle holders. There is wax all over the antique glass and chrome holders. What is be best way to remove this without damaging the...
A: Ice, or carefully put them in the freezer for awhile. I'd use my fingernails to scrape off the wax.

I have a oval picture it is reverse painted on glass. I need to find out how to clean the painted side, I would also like to find out if it is worth anything.
