Does anybody know who made this chair? I have a picture of it. Leather chair with drapped curved wood arms?

Q: It is the tall back office chair. It was sitting in my grandfather's basement for about 20 + years would be my guess. The arms are drapped and curved over the front of the chair. I just need to know if someone knows of a website I can go too to see if they have anything like that chair. Someone said that it might be a Herman Miller art deco chair.
